Diversity Hub
About Diversity Hub
Diversity refers to differences among people and can include how we learn, communicate, express emotions and engage with others.

Diverse learners make up a significant proportion of students in Australian schools. They are found in every classroom in the country, whether it be in a metropolitan, regional, rural or remote school. They possess a variety of talents, skills and cognitive abilities, along with a range of strengths, challenges and experiences.

Similarly, workplaces across the country employ diverse workers and provide opportunities for individuals with disability and diverse abilities and experiences to become independent and successful in life beyond school.

Individuals diagnosed with a disability, those who learn differently and those with complex and challenging life experiences require a diverse approach to teaching, learning and working.

Our approach

The Diversity Hub offers opportunities for teachers, parents and workplaces to build understanding and awareness of how to support diverse individuals to enable them to flourish, with a range of services available including standard and customised Professional Development sessions.

Jen Robin and her team draw on their vast experience in a range of school settings, having worked alongside diverse learners for over 20 years, collaborating with families, and supporting and guiding staff. We aim to foster understanding of diversity and disability in schools and workplaces, offering an engaging approach, relevant content and a practical focus.

At the Diversity Hub, we are passionate about shaping a future where education and work is truly accessible to everyone, regardless of needs and abilities. Join us on our journey to increase understanding of diversity, creating more inclusive schools and workplaces where everyone can thrive.
